The Marshall's - Seth, Tracy, Crystal (16), Cade (10) Schatzie (Ruff)
THE PAST
1995 was a big year for us. It was the year we were married, the year our daughter Crystal was born and the year Seth started his career in real estate. In the year 2000, Tracy obtained her real estate license and has been full time ever since. Over the years, we have built houses, opened real estate brokerages, owned rental property, developed land, ventured into the title business and all the while continuing to sell real estate on behalf of our great Customers.
THE PRESENT
With the change in the real estate market, we have adapted to the shift by working more in the REO (lender owned), BPO (Broker Price Opinion) and Short Sale markets. Most exciting, is the development of Tracy's short sale processing activities. Tracy initially started negotiating short sales for listings of Seth's. But due to her high success rate of successful negotiations, she quickly caught the eye of other Agents that also needed help with their listings. Today, Tracy processes short sales for numerous Agents across the State. Her uncanny ability has made her one of the most sought after short sale processers in the area.
THE KIDS
Both Crystal and Cade are hockey players. Seth also played hockey as a youth and has had the wonderful opportunity of coaching Crystal's team for 5 years. This year Crystal played Varsity hockey for Anoka and earned her first Letter. She has a 4.0 GPA and is also an avid Lacrosse player. Cade is in his final year of Mites and loves to fish........speaking of.......
THE FISHING
The whole family loves to fish. So much so, we have decided to dedicate this part of the site to family, friends, Customers and anyone else who wants to post their best catches. While some of these fish may not be the biggest you have ever seen, every picture has a memory.... and those are larger than life.
